Lemon 🍋 superfood “Can you power a lightbulb with a lemon? The acid of the lemon reacts with the zinc and loosens electrons. Copper pulls electrons more strongly than zinc, so loose electrons will move towards the copper when the electrodes are connected by wires.
Moving electrons are called an electric current, which is what lights up the bulb.

When discussing acidic versus alkalizing foods, it’s important to understand the concept of pH.
Put simply, pH is a value that rates how acidic or alkaline a solution is on a scale from 0–14. A pH of 7 is considered neutral. Any pH value below 7 is considered acidic and any pH value over 7 is considered alkaline.
On the pH scale, the difference between adjacent numbers represents a tenfold difference in acidity. For instance, a pH of 5 is 10 times more acidic than a pH of 6 and 100 times more acidic than a pH of 7.
Because they contain a high amount of citric acid, lemons have an acidic pH.
Start the day out with a mug of warm water and the juice of half a lemon. It’s so simple and the benefits are just too good to ignore. Warm water with lemon: 1. Boosts you’re immune system Lemons are high in Vitamin C and potassium. Vitamin C is great for fighting colds and potassium stimulates brain & nerve function and helps control blood pressure. 2. Balances pH Lemons are an incredibly alkaline food, believe it or not. Yes, they are acidic on their own, but inside our bodies they’re alkaline (the citric acid does not createacidity in the body once metabolized). As you wellness warriors know, an alkaline body is really the key to good health. 3. Helps with weight loss Lemons are high in pectin fiber, which helps fight hunger cravings. It also has been shown that people who maintain a more alkaline diet lose weight faster. And, my experience is that when I start the day off right, it’s easier to make the best choices for myself the rest of the day. 4. Aids digestion The warm water serves to stimulate the gastrointestinal tract and peristalsis梩he waves of muscle contractions within the intestinal walls that keep things moving. Lemons and limes are also high in minerals and vitamins and help loosen ama, or toxins, in the digestive tract. 5. Acts as a gentle, natural diuretic Lemon juice helps flush out unwanted materials because lemons increase the rate of urination in the body. Toxins are, therefore, released at a faster rate which helps keep your urinary tract healthy. 6. Clears skin The vitamin C helps decrease wrinkles and blemishes. Lemon water purges toxins from the blood which helps keep skin clear as well. 7. Hydrates the lymph system — #lemons #foodismedicine #ph #alkalinediet #foodismedicine
Our bodies surprise us with their secrets, which are continuously being revealed as more scientific research is conducted. This confirms that no matter how knowledgeable we become, there is yet much more to discover. In the past, it was difficult to convince people that their bodies contain chemical elements from the Periodic Table, including valuable ones, such as gold and copper. However, now that several studies have confirmed that these elements do exist in our bodies, the mission has become much easier.
Almost 99% of the human body mass consists of six main elements; namely: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphor; 65–90% of each cell in the body is composed of water, as such, oxygen and hydrogen are among the main constituents of the human body.
The key to understanding the assimilation of energy into our physical structure is through the awareness of our bodies as a series of synchronous, interacting, crystal structures. The human body on this level is a linkage of oscillating solid and liquid crystals that form an overall energy pattern for the total body. Each organ, gland, nerve system, cell, and protein structure, even the tissue salts in the body, shows a level of organization with some degree of crystalline function. Numerous kinds of crystals occur in the human body. Many of these crystals impair humans by causing pain or disabilities. Engineers and physicians study the mechanisms of crystal growth to determine ways in which crystal growth can be blocked. They design new drugs that attach to crystals to inhibit further growth, are biocompatible with minimal side effects to the human body, and can be administered efficiently and effectively.
Marcel Vogel, the world-renowned crystal expert, has pointed out that the human energy field exists as an array of oscillating energy points that have a layered structure and a definite symmetry, and that these properties fulfill the definition of a normal crystal in material form.
Our bone structure has long been recognized as a solid crystal structure with piezoelectric properties. A piezoelectric effect is the creation of an electromagnetic field (EMF) pulse when a crystalline structure is physically stressed or pushed out of its normal shape. Electromagnetic fields are comprised of an electric and a magnetic field perpendicular to each other, which travel together in an invisible waveform. Although various esoteric traditions have implied that the pineal and pituitary glands have solid crystal structures, our skeletal bone structure is the only proven solid crystal structure in the body. As a solid crystal, it has the ability to convert vibrational energy, such as sound or light, into electromagnetic and electric energy.
A blurry brown picture is the most detailed 3D image of bone ever produced. It may look fuzzy, but the model developed from electron microscope images gives a unique insight into the remarkable properties of bone.
Bone is mostly made of mineral crystals and the protein collagen. While the structure of collagen is well understood, how the minerals in bone – made of hydroxyapatite – are organised is less clear.
Roland Kröger of the University of York and colleagues at Imperial College London used electron microscopes to obtain cross-section images at many different angles and layered the images to construct detailed 3D pictures of human thighbones.
The 3D images revealed that, at the nanoscale level, the crystals are a slightly curved finger shape. These cluster together to form a hand-like pattern, and these themselves are pressed on top of each other in stacks. Viewed at a higher level, these stacks are twisted. In fact, each level of the mineral architecture features twisting, helical shapes. It was already known that collagen – itself a helical protein – forms twisted fibres in bone.
Our bone structure, in general, acts as an antenna for all incoming and internal body vibratory energy and information, including direct thought from energy. It resonates with all levels of nutrient energy, which it either receives directly (music, singing, and chanting) or indirectly, through the EMFs transferred from the chakras as they step down the incoming virtual energy that has entered the system through the seven subtle bodies. The brain, nervous system, and heart also give off EMFs that resonate with our bone and other crystal-like structures. The crystalline bone structure then amplifies and radiates this energy and information to the rest of the system down to the cellular and subcellular crystalline structures. This is an important way that energy and information are transferred directly to all the cells throughout the body from the chakras, as well as through the pure cosmic energy-brain-nervous system linkage.
Crystals can absorb, store, amplify, transduce, and transmit these vibrational energies. These properties of a crystal play an important role in helping us develop a model of how the body as a complex crystalline structure helps to absorb energy from the cosmos and from our food.
